Sky Gym Services

Small Group Person Training

Our facility is purpose built to provide small group supervised training sessions. This form of training has been shown to be a very effective way to train as it gives people more motivation and will put the fun back into exercise. In a small group our trainers will be able to give attention to each person ensuring you get Results!

Physical Rehabilitation

We are able to help many different clients with their specific needs. Many of our clients are in a state of physical decondition and require a longer term program to recover their health. We are also able to assist people with a specific joint injury, which will usually be a much shorter-term process.

Physical rehabilitation can take weeks or months depending on our clients underlying health status and their personal health goals

Individual Personal Training

A number of our clients may gain additional benefits from one-to one training session with one of our personal trainers. Come clients may require intensive observation and supervision as they recover from a specific injury, such as a knee surgery or lower back injury.
